“Extremely impressed with Joe. I called to get a tow and Joe asked me a few important questions about what vehicle I needed towed. He was extremely professional and gave me a great price. I honestly thought it would be double what he told me. Then asked when I needed it done, to which I replied ASAP. He asked if 15-20 minutes was too soon. I was shocked he could get a truck over to me that quickly.
Once he arrived, he took over and got my car on the flatbed and off we went to the spot I needed it towed to.
I can't say enough how impressed I am with how Joe took care of my car, my time and my wallet. I would most definitely tell anyone and everyone that if ya need a tow, give Joe at Tow Broz a call and let him wow you with exceptional service along with an outstanding price. Driver showed up in like 10 minutes, beautiful Super Duty roll back, super professional, got my rig home safe and sound! Definitely would use these guys again, highly recommended!”
“I was having trouble with the braking system and took it into the shop. Turned out that the master cylinder was in need of replacement. It was under warranty from November 2024. They replaced the part and did not charge for labor. It was a pleasant surprise for them to admit it needed repair and not have a balance to pay off. I highly recommend their services.”
“Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. “We have used Darby’s Auto Repair for years. The shop is on AnnArbor road in Livonia.. They are very transparent and priced fair. Gary totally explains to you what he is doing and will let you know if something isn’t necessary to fix. We had a tail light go out on the car and Ford wanted $500 for the original part. Gary gave us a choice to get an aftermarket part that fit just fine for way less money. if you want someone that you can trust with your car, who is fair and honest choose Darby Auto Repair.”

“Took my Chevy Sonic to Sol's because it was generally misbehaving and I didn't know what the issue was. Henry worked to keep me informed while performing diagnostics and quickly figured out what the issues were. I was informed every step of the way and they worked so much faster than many other shops I've worked with in the past. Henry and his team went above and beyond to even get me a new key fob and program it. The pricing was super fair and lower than other local shops for similar services. My car runs beautifully now. Their hours are great, too. If you're a woman who has had experience with auto shops taking advantage of you, that won't happen here - I really felt like they cared about me and my safety as well as my budget. Yes, you'll pay a nominal fee for credit card use but those fees eat up already narrow margins for our small, locally owned businesses and I don't mind paying for the convenience of not needing to pull cash out to pay! I would much rather shop local and keep these small businesses open than see our community with only corporate options. Henry and the team at Sol's earned themselves a new pain in the butt (aka customer) for life!”

“Early Saturday morning we were on our way to Grand Rapids for my son’s hockey tournament and my wife’s transmission failed on 275. We called 3 places and they were all 2 hours out and wanted several hundred dollars for a tow back home and we were in a rough spot. Sparks towing was the 4th place I called, he was currently on another tow helping someone else, but heard my situation and said let me see what I can do I’ll call ya right back. He called back in 5 minutes, sent someone right out and we were back home in less than a half hour and on our way to GR in no time and charged less then the others. Because of them we saved money and made it to the game on time. I am grateful for them and they have a customer for life.”
