“Extremely impressed with Joe. I called to get a tow and Joe asked me a few important questions about what vehicle I needed towed. He was extremely professional and gave me a great price. I honestly thought it would be double what he told me. Then asked when I needed it done, to which I replied ASAP. He asked if 15-20 minutes was too soon. I was shocked he could get a truck over to me that quickly.
Once he arrived, he took over and got my car on the flatbed and off we went to the spot I needed it towed to.
I can't say enough how impressed I am with how Joe took care of my car, my time and my wallet. I would most definitely tell anyone and everyone that if ya need a tow, give Joe at Tow Broz a call and let him wow you with exceptional service along with an outstanding price. “Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.”

“I was heading from Farmington to downriver. That brought me driving across Eight Mile Rd., when suddenly my dashboard lit up with warning lights. There are a lot of shops on Eight Mile Rd. and I wasn’t familiar with any of them. I decided I needed to pull off the road and take a look, thinking I may ned to call AAA. After “popping the hood” I saw the problem; the belt around the alternator-warmer pump was missing. It’s a 1999 Mazda Miata. I guess it should be expected. But it was a real problem, and I’m in an unfamiliar area that I had only driven through for many years.
My story could have gone either way, I’m happy to say it turned out much better than I expected.I could have been taken advantage of, but I think I stumbled into an honest, ethical and knowledgeable auto repair center. While I was in their parking lot, staring at my broken engine, the shop manager came out to greet me. Pleasant and understanding of my situation. It didn’t take long for him to assess my situation. I told him I was thinking of having AAA to it to a shop in Farmington that I was familiar with, his response was “ it was a relatively simple problem to fix. The alternator and water pump were not locked up. After they get a new belt, he could get me back on the road within a couple hours.” And they did!!
While I waited patiently in there lobby I was able to observe this business in action. The owner (of 25 years) was working on sight at the front desk answering his phone and interacting with his customers as they came and went. Right next to him was his well trained shop manager. This is the way a small business used to be run and should be run. I’m retired from running my own small business for 28 years and I know what to listen for.
It turned out, just like like they promised, in fact a little better. The car was repaired, belt and all in about an hour and forty-five minutes. While doing the repair the mechanic noticed a cracked hose. He trimmed off the bad end, reconnected it and fixed an intermittent check engine light, no extra charge. That is a well trained, well run shop. A business run the way a business should be run.
The cost? I didn’t shop around before going there. I don’t know if it was higher or lower than other shops in the area, but I do know when I was driving home, I knew it was a fair price. That is how the owner runs his business.
If you are reading this, you might be debating where you can bring your car, get a good diagnosis of your problem, and get it fixed at a fair price. I highly recommend the team at Advanced Auto Center.”

“I had an excellent experience with Garrett Auto and would highly recommend them. I brought in my dump trailer because of some wiring issues that needed to be repaired and updated, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish.
Their entire process was extremely professional. I really liked their system of keeping me informed and getting my approval before moving forward with any additional work. There were no surprises, and communication throughout the entire process was excellent.

“I had a cargo trailer pop off the ball on a crack in the road on M14 in the construction zone. (imagine there is a bad road in Michigan) I waited for 2 1/2 hours for Bad Sam roadside assistance, and gave up as they 'tried to find someone'. I called Mayflower Towing, they were there in 15 minutes and fixed the issue. Rick is super smart and helpful and made sure everything was 100% correct, even to the point of follwing me to the next exit to make certain. If I could give 10 stars, I would. They are good folks, and do a good job at a very reasonable rate.”
