They walked me thru the entire process, we're honest and open, really made the stress of it all manageable. In the end my car is good as new and I'm happy and thankful to have worked with this shop. “Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.”
“I needed my windshield replaced and also my mirror. I remembered I went to Knudsen brothers probably 7 years ago and remembered they did a good job, I am so glad i remembered that they were good because they were amazing this time around too. I needed it done quickly because I was turning in my lease last minute so they got me in the next day and finished it all in one day! They were so reasonable and actually personable to where they listened to what you needed. We originally got an estimate at the dealership and it was so ridiculous and they couldn’t get me in for a few weeks and I felt like it was all just routine get people in and out. Knudsen brothers gave my car back and I almost didn’t want to turn my lease back in because of how good it looked when I got it back! My window and mirror were fixed but the outside and inside of my car looked like I got it detailed. It was a nice little touch especially because I was dreading doing all of that while I was pregnant! Front desk was also so sweet. She turned a movie on for my kids while we were going over everything that needed to be done which of course was helpful also. I don’t ever remember coming home from any other collision shop bragging how good they were and how amazing my car looked. I would recommend them a million times! I don’t even remember who recommended them to me but I remembered them for a reason! Thank you guys so much!”

“So I didn't end up using them cause I got a deal on a trade in. But I wanted to write this because I had hit a pole that took off my side mirror and went to them for an estimate. This guy went into his garage got out tape, snapped my mirror back together that wasn't easy then taped the whole thing so I could use it and not get ticketed for a hanging mirror. That's the kind of good guys they are! Didn't charge me a cent. I would not hesitate recommending them.”

“I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks).It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. I was in and out of the shop in minutes without an appointment.Service: Painting”

“I really appreciate the staff here. There was a repair I needed done that I figured would have to be done by the Dealership because no other shop could figure out what's wrong. Called to other dealerships and they told me it would take a week or more just to look at my vehicle. Suburban said they can diagnose same day and get started on repairs the next day. They literally did just that! I was worried because I know repairs at the dealership can be costly, but at least I know it was done right. However, I want to speak on Rob. One of the techs who processed the intake. AMAZING guy. Very courteous, very helpful, and I truly appreciate his customer service. If I ever need repairs done at a Dealership again, I know who to call!”
“Went to about 8 different stores to find automotive paint for my 2025 grand Cherokee to fix some rock chips in my paint…every store did not have my paint or did not want to make it…i tried Sherman Williams and they wanted a lot of money just for touch up paint and would’ve had to drive up to Troy or down to Detroit where i don’t feel safe…this place was kind when i walked in and told them my situation and they were very communicative about what i needed and didn’t charge me no more than 15 bucks for around 4 oz of paint which is plenty if ur touching up chips in ur paint land extra paint was put into a bigger container”

“Excellent!!!! The work, the attention to detail the craftsmanship, the customer service. I know MAACOs reputation but you have to realize they are independently owned. Your experience in one shop may vary vastly from your buddy’s across town. What I can say is I have a classic car with aluminum, steel and plastic pieces. For the work that MAACO off 8 mile road in Farmington MI did, my car looks WAYYY better than when I brought her in. There was an option where I could have gone with a “jerry rigged” fix to the drivers headlight because my used part had broken tabs. MAACO called me, let me know, I saw the headlight and it was a fine install but there were gaps, so I chose to re-replace my eBay headlight with another one that had intact tabs and the fit was flawless. A lot of shops would NOT go that Extra mile, they would tell you it’s good enough. So trust me, when you know what you want this MAACO shop will work with you.”
