Coach Rachael is a really professional person, always willing to support and explain how to do the exercises.
I recomend it a lot.
There is an app where you can see the exercises to do everyday with videos of the exercises to arrive to the training with a better idea, then the coach explains on site all the details of every exercises.”

“I have been a member of Orangetheory Grand Blanc for almost five years and truly love the workouts, coaches, and overall environment. I do not want to quit and value being part of this studio.
My main concern is the schedule inconsistency, specifically with the 9:45 AM class. This is the only class that works for my schedule, yet it is repeatedly canceled and later brought back. It is frustrating that this class seems to be the first one removed whenever changes are made.
For long-term members who rely on this time slot, the lack of consistency makes it difficult to stay committed. I hope management will consider the impact this has on members when planning future schedules.”
