“Excellent place to train, all the team is really friendly. Coach Rachael is a really professional person, always willing to support and explain how to do the exercises. I recomend it a lot. There is an app where you can see the exercises to do everyday with videos of the exercises to arrive to the training with a better idea, then the coach explains on site all the details of every exercises.”
