“Jaber was the absolute best. Called about the Red Type R I liked and the next day I made the drive from Minnesota to Michigan and I found out that I was gonna be at the dealership like 30 minutes before closing but Jaber went out his way to make sure to get me in just in time and the whole process went smoothly; the whole team at Pure Honda Ferndale was the best experience I’ve had so far when purchasing a car. Jaber himself also went out of his way to detail the car for me even when I said he didn’t need to because I was gonna get there pretty late. Overall a good experience and was a fast nice easy process!”

A) they were a huge help, got me right in as I did give the heads up that I was in a pickle and needed help today
B) they really explained and showed the issues. A lot of mechanics go out of their way to horde their knowledge or give the bare minimum, but this couldn't be further from my experience today
C) they were just all around good at what they do and were helpful

“I cannot recommend these guys enough. As another commenter noted, going into a car mechanic as a woman often entails patronizing conversations and/or upselling, and Northeast Auto had none of that.
I dropped my car off at 9 AM on a Thursday (for squeakiness when braking and turning), got a call two hours later with a diagnosis, and by 1:00 that same day, my car was ready and the squeaky sounds were gone. The price was extremely reasonable, and my car feels fantastic.
10/10 experience! They've got a new lifelong customer.”
“Caught a MAJOR flat tire driving down hilton road, and thankfully this place was sitting directly across the street for me, where I didn't have to drive the car too much further. I walked in, and the guys had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. All for a easy affordable price. Other places would have taken hours before they even got around to looking at it, and then charged me double the fee. In a emergency like this, I sincerely appreciate the quick service. Thank you!”
“Nowadays, you can’t tell who is going to be honest, and who is going to scam you. I’ve had some awful experiences locally. Today, we called around for pricing and were met with friendly service at Twins Oil, so we gave them a try. WOW!!! They were friendly and professional, and did real full service where they checked all the fluids, wipers and lights. The price was better than anyone around. Gene explained everything patiently. They gave me a free air freshener, and said they appreciate my business. They didn’t just say the words.
