“The staff was wonderful, we couldn't ask for more polite accommodating people. However the choice of cars was too Limited. We had to choose from a car that was quite a bit smaller than the car we're used to driving or a minivan that was bigger than the vehicle were used to driving. This was okay for my six foot husband but not so much for my 5 foot frame especially considering I am a senior citizen, one of those short baby boomers.”

“I had an easy and quick deal at Vyletel with Michael, hardest part was picking my color, they even picked me up after I drove it to my wives work for the surprise and drove me back. Kind and courteous and no games. Ill be back sooner than later. BTW its our first VW and we love it!”

The one thing that, I have a though about was.
The insurance for the rental car was what I pay for on my own car.
And I think that if a customer would take it.
And had no problem such as an accident of any kind. They should be entitled to some of their payment back. I think that would be a good incentive but that's just my thought like it's my money. Otherwise My overall experience with Enterprise rental over the years have been fantastic there's no exception with this one other than the insurance.”

“I was travelling for work and my van broke down. I just recently started covering Michigan, and I’m not very familiar with the area. I found a well-reviewed shop and took my van there. Then I called the Enterprise on Woodward north of 11th, but the phone was picked up and I was placed on hold for quite a while, so I called the location on Greenfield. Yousif answered my call quickly, and I explained that my van broke down and was at a shop nearby, and I needed a vehicle that was minivan sized if possible so that I could load my tools and supplies over and continue my work for a day or two. He told me how sorry he was that my van broke down, and that he would definitely be able to help me out. We went over some options on the phone, and he sent Keith to pick me up. Keith arrived shortly, and we had a very nice drive back to the rental office. The Palisade I received was comfortable, in excellent condition, and was very clean. I was able to get everything I needed into it once I got back to the repair shop.
Yousif was helping another renter when I arrived, but he introduced himself and asked if it was okay if Innocent took care of the paperwork and got me on my way. Innocent was also very professional, but personable, and when he went over all of the options for my rental. He then went over the car with me and I was on my way within a very short time.
Despite losing hours out of my day, I was able to get everything done that was on my schedule, which helped keep me from losing even more money. I had no issues returning the vehicle, and was even given some extra time because the shop took a little more time than expected due to a couple other items that needed to be fixed properly.
I can’t really express how grateful I am for how well I was treated. Being stranded in an unfamiliar area and at a situational disadvantage, I was treated kindly, with respect, and appreciated. It would have been easy to have been taken advantage of, and I was not. Thank you so much for your help and for being not only fair, but truly for going above and beyond.

“I loveeeeee the manager and staff here! They are so understanding calm and cool. One time I was freaking out bc I thought I lost the keys and the manager told me a bring th cat back and he will help me find they’ll keys! Needless to say, lol they were in the car the entire time and I’m dumb but thank you again so much everything”
“I've rented cars from this Avis 3 times. I start out with a Ford Edge, (nice car by the way). By the 2nd and 3rd car I was offered an upgrade for no additional charge. The owner and his employees are very nice, they work hard to get you into the car you want and on the road quickly. Very reasonable. Please note that their immediate inventory is fluid and always changing depending on the time that their rentals are returned, if you can hold off until late morning they will often come up with an upgrade for you. This is the nature of the business keep that in mind whenever you rent and you will be very satisfied.”
