My experiences was great. I did everything online and get to schedule a pick up appointment and drop off. Then I go in person to conduct the transaction and get the car in let's than 15 minutes. I’ve rented from Hertz, Rentacar, and every place around and these guys are the best. Great customer service, vehicle portfolio, and prices! I travel constantly for my company and I won’t go anywhere else for a rental.
