“? I'm sure they Felt me thumpin' down their driveway "Caddy~Wumpin'" in my "hand me down" Honda Pilot with just 3 tires doin' their best, at different air pressure settings, to get my happy .a.. butt there! Unfortunately, ? it was 15 minutes until closing time. ? S O R R Y!!!
By the time I landed at their office door, a man greeted me with a choice of; coffee, coke or a lg. bottle of water! Meanwhile, another man scampered ?from tire to tire calling out; the placement of each tire, the size, quality of the tread and the air pressure to his Phone. the "Secretary." LOL
I was asked "How I wanted to treat that dead fourth tire?" Once it was on the lift and getting the tires filled with air. And within a Grand Total of 20 minutes, I was out of there with a balanced (Looking enough for the weekend??) Honda Pilot and one New (to me) tire! All at a better price then my own Dad would offer! And he owns a few towing businesses in another town!! LOL ?? . THANKS NEIGHBORHOOD AUTO SERVICE CENTER FOR BEING SO AWESOME!!!!! ???????????.”

I appreciate the clear diagnostic process, the friendly/professional interactions, and just how approachable the team is. Prices suck but that is not their problem. With the price of steal rising, shortage on labor jobs, and overall inflation they are doing the best they can. I also want to make it known that shops are not a perfected business. Just because they repair one thing doesn't mean another won't break! These guys deserve credit for the physically demanding and under appreciated life of a mechanic. Keep it up guys!”

“This is a nice clean place and off the grid. The snacks were pricey but you had a lot of choices. The girl behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Also the restroom is on the outside and they keep it locked but it was also nice and clean.”
