The staff are super friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. Even when the lobby is full of customers they are helpful and friendly.”
“My FAVORITE post office! Tim, and Laura make sure everyone feels right at home when visiting. I've never been to any post office where everyone's personality is GREAT, fun, and always upbeat! If I could give this post office 10 stars I would. The only downside is that they aren’t open Saturday's, and close at 5pm M-F. 6:30/7pm would be a great closing time, but I do understand that romulus isn't a very big town, and they probably don't have enough customers to really stay open that late. I”
