“I had a small scratch on my car from someone’s door hitting it, and I stopped by this shop to see what could be done. Chris took the time to look at it right away and was able to buff it out of n the spot! That level of honesty and customer service is rare. They easily could have quoted me for unnecessary work, but instead they were upfront and incredibly kind. My car looks perfect again, and I’m so grateful. I’ll absolutely be coming back here for any future work and recommending them to anyone who needs a trustworthy body shop!”

“The gentlemen was very kind and considerate. Wait time was sooner than expected. He was quick and very knowledgeable in telling me what the Michigan law requires him to say about driving on a donut tire. I would definitely call Porters again when I need road side assistance! Thank you for the work you do”

“We needed to have a vehicle towed and this company was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone and the driver was dispatched quickly, exceeding our expectations! Unfortunately we had overlooked some low power lines, however the driver was extremely professional, noticed them and contacted us immediately. We appreciate the attention to detail and your commitment to providing a SAFE services as well as great customer service! Ultimately they were able to dispatch an additional truck and still kept us in a satisfactory price range”

“They are an exceptional towing company. We have used them before for towing cars but we had an old 30ft motorhome that we are going to work on and needed it towed. Right from the start when I spoke with the operator to the emails and calls with Jeff to set up when and how it would be towed (it has sentimental value to me) to when the actual day arrived and Kevin hooked her up and took that ever so careful out of the storage lot to my friend's property so we can work on her. Exceptional communication both over the phone and email, exceptional towing and a caring Driver. Yes pick them in an emergency but also when you need to schedule a tow too.”

Joe came out and loaded my bike up with care and precision because he’s a rider too. I won’t use anyone else for towing. They’re top tier 100/10 would recommend. Fair prices and fair people, Thank you guys for the help!!!”

“I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided. It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”

“My F150 was difficult to start. Groat Brothers listened to the symptoms I had experienced, and correctly diagnosed the problem as a bad starter. Replaced the starter by the next day!!! Even though they couldn’t guarantee it would be fixed until the following week. All done at a most reasonable price! Second time I’ve used the Groat Brothers and they are awesome! Definitely will be back when I need vehicle maintenance.”

“I goggled this tow company for service on my way to work. The guy told me it’ll be a couple of hours to get service. He called back and I received service within 15 minutes. The driver was very nice and professional! The tow truck was cleanest tow truck that I’ve seen in the inside. I appreciate the expeditious and great service! I recommend their service if you’re in need of towing!”

“Budget was sent to us by Progressive insurance on 9/28/2019.The driver was polite and efficient. We had a wait for them to get to us but that is understandable because he drove from Lincoln Park all the way to Dryden. All in all I am happy the driver was so polite, and efficient while unlocking our car.”
