“They have slippers online I went to 2 different stores fairlane and Taylor. It was listed on the store website that they had these slippers but neither store carried them the tailor store I actually ordered them again for me off the computer because I originally ordered them on the computer and not order the size 8 and they were bigger than my 8 and a half so I ordered a sixth to suppose to come in on the 12th I hope they fix it. And I'm glad that at the Taylor location I had a sales representative and as if that was willing to help me and she did so she ordered a slippers for me.”

“Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). Elizabeth called me back the same day and was very pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure I would get my order. I received my order today. Thank you Elizabeth and the Macy Southland team!!”

I spoke with Fernanda who was very kind, patient, pleasant, and informative. She even let me know what time she would be there until today, so that I could ask for her directly. “My mom and I were running late for an event and both needed to find something to wear. The employees were more than happy to help us find something that fit our wants exactly. I got a top on sale, so the original price was $70 and after tax I ended up paying $15! Super happy with that. Store was clean, the employees were nice, and I was happy to see more variety in torrid that I ever used to. Still absolutely love the fans in the fitting rooms! Best part of torrid for sure lol”

“Love this stores selection on baby’s clothes and women’s clothes. They have a wider selection of Nike than other close by locations. They have a Sephora and an Amazon return center as well. They have friendly staff and a clean atmosphere.”
“Everyone in the store was so helpful and bent over backwards to help us find everything we needed. That was no problem as Rally House had more selection and sizes then other stores we had shopped at. This was a great team to work with.”

“I ordered some tank tops (they’re the best tank tops ever btw) online and to be picked up in store. I called the store because it only showed one was ready and I ordered four. Long story short, I dealt with Crystal (i hope I’m spelling it right) and let me tell you she was so kind, she fixed the problem immediately, she was just so sweet & patient with me. And when my sister went and picked my tank tops up for me, she said how nice Crystal was and couldn’t wait to go back and shop in store because of what a great experience we had. Crystal deserves a raise! You can tell she actually enjoys her job and cares about people. Not to mention, she’s really good at her job. Thanks again, Crystal!”

“I was coming to Detroit for an interview and my suit was left behind in Portland. I was so lucky to have Bhavana there to help me in picking out something. She bent over backwards to get me exactly what I needed and she did it when the store was close to closure. Usually you feel sort of rushed and like they want you to leave when a store is about to close but she was just interested in getting me exactly what I needed. Because of her I got the job and I will be back. Extremely impressed. Prices were good for the quality. The shirt and pants are comfortable and very nice.”
