I went to this location to exchange it for one in my size, and they happened to have it in the back!Sukia (spelling?) was knowledgeable, sociable, and prompt, and I walked out with a gorgeous item in my size, worry free. “I went to pay my credit card bill. That was my first time paying in store. I was easy although I did not have my bill. They told me how much my minimum payment amount was. It was near closing time the lady that worked there was real nice. She did not rush us at all.”
“We use to live in Amherstburg and loved our weekend shopping trip to the town shoppe. We have since relocated to Niagara Falls and still miss the shoppe. I bought a few things online for my husband and realized really quickly my mistake. I called the store and haylee was so helpful. “Very clean store for both Sephora's makeup section and the Kohl's location. There was no visible trash in the parking lot or on the floor in the store. Also associates were wiping down surfaces and wearing masks.”
“I called up to the store today, checking in on an online order, to make sure it was still there. I was late at picking it up due to an unforseen surgical procedure. I spoke with Fernanda who was very kind, patient, pleasant, and informative. She even let me know what time she would be there until today, so that I could ask for her directly. I'm posting this review because I don't believe great sales associates, such as Fernanda, get enough recognition. Let's face it, customers can be very rude, so positive employee morale makes a difference! I work for an employer where we've ranked #1 in customer service satisfaction for many years now. I definitely appreciate great customer service! Thanks again Fernanda!”
“Love this place. Usually the staff is nice. Some times the staff is a little less than attentive. But the prices, the selection, the styles makes up for it. If you don't mind uncaring teen staff who don't really want to help and have a good sense of what you want and what looks good on you; I can't stress enough that you should go here.”

“My mom and I came here to get my mom an outfit for my baby shower tomorrow. We always have the best of luck here. Cinnie, the owner, was SO HELPFUL! We ended up walking out with 6 or 7 new items (and that never happens to us ha)! Highly recommend this store. Affordable and great quality.”

“Tried to EXCHANGE a belt for a different size, that I received it as a gift. Did not have a receipt, but the Denver Hayes clip was still attached. Was barely in the store, when a difficult 'sales associate' informed us that we would have to show ID and it was up to a manager if they would accept an EXCHANGE! Going to try again tomorrow. Hopefully this will be updated with better news. EDIT: Different day, different 'sales associate' much better result. They did not have the size I needed, so she looked at other stores stock and found 1 at the Devonshire Mall store. Went there and made an easy exchange. Would like to give the first associate zero stars and the rest of the team 5 stars. Overall 4.”
“JCPenney always has a great selection of clothing, shoes and other accessories. The home and lifestyle section is also fully stocked with everything you would ever need. They have a wide selection of jewelry, although I've never purchased any of those items. If you watch for the sales you can get some good discounts.”

“Went to this location for the first time today to find some Lions gear and they had everything! Lots of variety in different colors, styles, and sizes. They are pricey, hoodies are like $60+, hats $30+, shirts $40+ so keep that in mind. They have all Detroit sports here and a nice U of M section as well so check it out! The cashier was friendly too so I will be back!”
