Had to get an upgrade for my Mom's phone .The sales lady was nice . My thing is repaying for the activation fee. I don't feel like I should be continuously charged for that fee ! Especially when you have been a paying customer for years .

Quick in and out in 10 minutes with new service setup. Lack of focus on customer as I had money to blow and was trying to buy a few accessories but their lack of care and knowledge kept me from spending more money
