“This metro is hands down the best. Valarie is a epic sales person and the store . She has excellent customer support. This store is fast and easy to help pay bill and upgrade your phone. They have a large selection of accessories and phones as well and won't give you the run around with price of they say it's 10.00 bucks for instance then it's 10.00 without tax with is honest and upfront. No hidden fees is what I am getting at.”

“I went to have my iPhone XS screen replaced on Friday. It took 5 days to get it back, because they didn’t have my screen in stock, which wasn’t a big deal at all to me. If you need it done that day, I would call to make sure they have what you need. They did a perfect job, nothing got broken in the process. I took my case with my phone in, but it did get lost, which again no biggie. It was a cheap Walmart case that got my phone cracked in the first place, but they were still kind enough to give me 4 free new cases and a free screen protector. And please don’t take advantage of their kindness. Definitely recommend going here!!! Worth all five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Typically I have very bad experiences in other T-Mobile stores, however every time I come to this one in Sam’s Club I have such a great experience. I feel like they really treat people with respect and they really do what is best for their customers. Most of the time when I come here to ask questions or get something figured out I talk with Jalen. He is such a great employee and always tries to see what he can do to help me out. Truly love it here and 110% recommend to anyone looking to get things figured out on their account.”
