“This metro is hands down the best. Valarie is a epic sales person and the store . She has excellent customer support. This store is fast and easy to help pay bill and upgrade your phone. They have a large selection of accessories and phones as well and won't give you the run around with price of they say it's 10.00 bucks for instance then it's 10.00 without tax with is honest and upfront. No hidden fees is what I am getting at.”

“Jaden and Malcom, thank you. You helped two people with what you may have thought were minor issues, but the 3 minutes it took to change their phone appearance and set up made them sooo happy. Each of you listened, treated them with respect, smiled the whole time, spoke slowly and clearly, accepted their thanks graciously. They were happy the rest of the day, still thinking about it as they use their phone each day. Jaden and Malcom, your knowledge made their world a better place. Thank you!!!”

“Typically I have very bad experiences in other T-Mobile stores, however every time I come to this one in Sam’s Club I have such a great experience. I feel like they really treat people with respect and they really do what is best for their customers. Most of the time when I come here to ask questions or get something figured out I talk with Jalen. He is such a great employee and always tries to see what he can do to help me out. Truly love it here and 110% recommend to anyone looking to get things figured out on their account.”
