“This metro is hands down the best. Valarie is a epic sales person and the store . She has excellent customer support. This store is fast and easy to help pay bill and upgrade your phone. They have a large selection of accessories and phones as well and won't give you the run around with price of they say it's 10.00 bucks for instance then it's 10.00 without tax with is honest and upfront. No hidden fees is what I am getting at.”
“I went to have my iPhone XS screen replaced on Friday. It took 5 days to get it back, because they didn’t have my screen in stock, which wasn’t a big deal at all to me. If you need it done that day, I would call to make sure they have what you need. They did a perfect job, nothing got broken in the process. I took my case with my phone in, but it did get lost, which again no biggie. It was a cheap Walmart case that got my phone cracked in the first place, but they were still kind enough to give me 4 free new cases and a free screen protector. And please don’t take advantage of their kindness. Definitely recommend going here!!! Worth all five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“My husband and I stopped here to see what Metro could do for my daughter's broken iPhone 11. Mo took great care of us and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us many options to choose from and did everything he could to assist us with the budget we had. He even offered to fix her phone for a price. After deciding what was best, we decided to get the new iPhone 14 for our daughter. This made her day!! This Metro is out of the way for us, but for the awesome customer service that was given, we will come here from now on. Thanks Mo for all your help!! He was helpful and honest, upfront and knowledgeable about his job. I feel he got me the best deal possible. As of today We are ever so thankful and grateful. We hope everything works out and there are no hidden fees or things we weren't told about. We are happy with everything as long as what was promised comes through.
