“Good service in general. Competitive price. I have been a customer for more than six years the problem with this brunch they don’t have a direct number whenever you need something from this location and specific all the numbers that they gave you is the central one, and the central answering machine, and they don’t know if they have cars available on site Based on what you request. For example, in one of my trips I needed a large SUV or a van and when I reserve the car on the website it says it’s available by the time I got to the location at the airport they said it’s not available and they made me wait for four hours and my trip was delayed which caused me .la lot of trouble eventually they got me a large SUV as I reserved. I give them a credit because later on some quality improvement manager called me and they gave me three free rental days. So I take it as a plus for this rental car company and I recommend it over others. They are professional in handling issues that come across you rental time.”
