“Overnight business trip, was absolutely amazed when I got to my room and saw how beautiful and spacious it was. Then was astonished when I went to use the tub to relax in the evening and the lights came on. The bed and bedding are very comfortable and I’m picky. Will be traveling up there again next week, I can’t wait!!Noteworthy details: Beautiful in room jetted tub with color changing lights and waterfall filling. Was very relaxing”

“I just stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn in Flint Friday night. It is the nicest Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at in the nation. And I travel all the time And have stayed in a lot of Hilton Garden Inns. The rooms were wonderful and the beds extra extremely comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and not an ordinary Hilton Garden Inn restaurant. It was large, featured Italian food, and had a great selection. The staff was amazing from the front desk, Brianna, to the valet guy, to the restaurant staff. I was so impressed and so comfortable. It’s a shining star in downtown Flint.”

“Right, well I had a blast staying, the room had a jacuzzi which I most definitely had not seen before, and there was only one inconvenience. That being the pool was not disclosed to be outside before we entered. But, aside from that, all was well. 10/10 would do it ”

“I arrived for check in with my 4 kids, cat & a ton of luggage in an Uber while on the phone with my lawyer all at once. The front desk lady got my license from me and even though it was only 12pm & she was booked full the night before, she was some how able to get me checked in before I even finished unloading the car!!Not only did she check me in extremely early, she saw that with 4 kids, our pet & tons of luggage that the 1st floor would be the easiest for us & she handled everything for me, even helped my kids into the room while I finished dealing with the Uber and my phone call! I literally turned around when the driver pulled away & everything was off the sidewalk & she was standing there smiling! I can’t tell you how much of a stress reliever this was and I didn’t even have to ask for any of it!!We’ve been traveling the entire summer & have stayed at hotels & motels from California all the way up here to Michigan & I have not received any hospitality that compares to what I got here!I cannot imagine what hell my family would have had to go through if we had to sit outside in 90 degree heat with all of our luggage until regular check in at 3pm or if we had to drag load after load upstairs.To make things even better, the room was clean, had a good sized fridge, a coffee maker & microwave! The a/c works great & both beds are very comfortable! I know my 4 kids are loud, but when I took a phone call in the hall, I couldn’t hardly hear them or any other noise coming from any room. It’s been a very quiet and enjoyable stay for us.The same woman that checked us in gave us some great advise for lunch that was within walking distance & our budget & she has just been an angel throughout our whole stay!!I cannot say enough great things about our stay here & to have all of this at $36/night is absolutely unheard of!! I will DEFINITELY come back here & have already told both family & friends about how awesome my stay has been here, thank you so much Super 8!!!”

“Look, I grew up in a cheap family. But this place was pretty bad. Ball of hair on the way to our room. Our bedroom was kind of dirty. I didn't want to touch the drapes and curtain cause their was food stains on them. The tub randomly filled with water through the drain when we'd flush the toilet and the toilet leaked from the bottom. There was Kleenex stuffed back into the box. It was just all kind of gross.”

“My husband and I have been staying here for a few months now till we can move back home. When you're on a budget this place is just fine. The room is decent sized, the bathtubs are actually pretty big and awesome, they actually have full sized fridges, the beds are very comfy, and the staff we've encountered are extremely nice and helpful. Being right across the street from Walmart and right next to many other stores has also been really convenient too! There were a couple minor issues with the room and that's why I'm leaving off a star.. But it's nothing they're not willing to fix. So overall, a pretty comfortable experience ☺️”
