Security Credit Union have been in families since 1997 and continue to do all of banking. They have been with this bank for years. They will surprise you with costs out of nowhere but are better than CHASE and Huntington. Security is okay. Some people have a rude older black lady who cut people off and need to learn how to talk.
Very nice employees; crappy ATMs. You have infrastructure set up for 5s, 10s, 20s, 50s at other ATM locations, and this one only spits out 20s. Maybe you guys should update this equipment. A mediocre site gets a mediocre rating.

This older black lady was kind of rude… (I’m black myself). She wasn’t even trying to let me speak and kept cutting me off in a nasty manner. I don’t have a problem with the bank itself but she need to learn how to talk to people…
