“Mike was heaven sent today!
I received an urgent call from the bank, to come in immediately to change my info.
My 4-year-old son has special needs, and I was very anxious about going into the bank with him especially since it was Christmas Eve day.
Mike saw that I was having a challenging time and he “zoomed in” to assist me and was most accommodating. He was funny, fast, kind, and very professional. I was extremely impressed and most thankful.

“Calkins Road branch is always so professional and easy to work with. Its usually a quick in and out regardless of the type of transactions. Loans are always processed quickly and smoothly. Holly Road branch is always understaffed. Employees are courteous and I try to be patient, its not their fault. There's usually unnecessary waits. I try to avoid Holly Road branch at all costs, but its right on my way home from work.”

“Chase ATM is a great place if you need to grab money and a flash, transfer money or simply just get a balance. there may be a fee if you are visiting Chase ATM and that is not your actual banking institution but you can get cash out either way. It's in a very convenient location if you're on the southern part of town and it's in a really lighted area for security and is just a really good place to grab some quick cash out of your account or maybe transfer some money from your savings to your checking or whatever you might need to do and a quick / safe manner.”

“The bank ? tellers inside are sooooo friendly and kind. Everytime I walk ?♂️ in the door ? they greet me by my first name and ask me how I am doing today. They are very fast and know exactly what I need when u come inside. They get me rite in and rite back out to work. Great bank for businesses ? . There are never long lines at all whenever I go inside. I have never had one issue with them. Also there is a ATM ? machine inside the door ? as soon as you walk in just in case you wanna use that instead. Very clean inside and out in the parking lot. Landscaping is very pretty. They definitely care about there imagine. It shows in the kindness of the tellers, the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the bank ? and that means alot to me. There is plenty of parking to park your large or small vehicles. It's easy access in and out of the parking lot onto Saginaw Rd. I love seating they provide for you to do your banking inside the bank ? . I hope to continue ? to keep banking with you guys for many many many more years to come. Keep up the great job, smiles and remembering people first name. “I don’t understand the low ratings here. They’re always friendly and very helpful. I mean it’s a bank... but it’s the best bank I’ve ever dealt with. Transactions are always very transparent (no mystery debit card charges waiting to invoke overdraft fees like some other banks - CHASE!!) deposits show up on time, plenty of online bill pay options, great app. And most importantly the people here are not judgmental and they really do want to help you with your finances, you just have to ask. By the way- Dort Federal can kiss my a**. I’ve been with Huntington for a few years now and I’m sticking with them. Great bank and this branch on Hill Rd. is solid.”
