“Telephoned early morning, spoke with Michael. More than pleasant! Customer relations/service is everything! Michael telephoned when my car was ready to be picked up. Genuinely nice guy. I saw him interacting with a customer upon my arrival. Never met him before but had a pretty good feeling he was Michael. I interacted with Brock at checkout. Also, great relations/customer service! It's just before closing, but you'd think it was top of the morning. He was full of energy, compassion and kindness!

“I had a tire pressure sensor malfunction, and got a price of around $72 to replace it. When I arrived, Brock went out to look at it and was back in less than 10 minutes. It only needed to be reset so there was no charge. He also gave me a quote for 4 different sets of tires for me to review. Total time was 15 minutes , I like this place. Also a super clean customer lounge.”
