“The customer service is always superb:I reserved a rental online which is always effortless. The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. Being an executive member for several years, I always appreciate the ease of placing an online reservation and/or retrieving rental details.On Saturday, 3/15/24 I reserved a one day rental from Flint Bishop Airport. The representative, Chelsea/Kelsey, offered such a pleasant greeting and conversation. Kelsey is kind, upbeat, and funny. I enjoyed meeting her! All car rental locations are on site, at the ground level. It has seating and is very clean. There is no wait time at any line.The only slight issue is that all vehicles must be checked out at the counter. There is no outdoor/curbside/ toll booth check out service. However, I think there is a key drop off area- but the airport is so small that I would still suggest interacting with customer service. They are top notch!Flint Bishop is a very small airport with limited resources for food and lounging. My flight was delayed nearly 3 hours so it was nice talking to the customer service desk.Although there was a slight billing issue afterwards, the 800# customer service number randomly contacted me to conduct a feedback survey which I happily obliged and explained this issue. It was resolved.I remain a faithful happy customer of over 15 years and thankful that the company values loyal customers”
