“They get the books you need for classes. Make sure to get reciepts! Save them, too! I had a slight hiccup on returning books, and it was resolved without too much of a problem, but if I had made sure to get a reciept for the return (and had saved the original reciept for the rental to begin with) it would have been faster than the 5 minutes it took this time. It just saves hassles.”

“I love this store and I love my books, I’m a book girly through and through but there is one specific worker here that I cannot seem to stand. My best friend and I come here multiple times a week and purchase books that we read together. This worker is named Robert. Robert has never ONCE offered my best friend or I a bag, even when we’re buying multiple items. We’ve heard him offer bags to other men checking out and as soon as we go up to the register he stacks all of our items on top of each other never offering a bag. Today he did the same thing he always does, but the mother and daughter behind me checking out went to him and the daughter had multiple items and wasn’t offered a bag either; when we were walking out of the store behind the mother and daughter we overhead the mother say to her daughter, “I thought you get bags for multiple items?” It’s just very rude and it’s only this specific worker that acts as if the bags come out of his paycheck. He has sighed as he walks past my best friend and I while making eye contact and believe me he knows who we are with how much we come here and purchase items weekly. It’s very disrespectful and no customer service like.”
