“I don't live in the area, or the Ft. Gratiot JCPenney store would be my favorite place to shop. The store is bright and clean -- and well stocked with beautiful clothes at great prices. The sales associates are great -- Special shout out to Dan, who was especially helpful and knowledgeable.”

“Love this adorable store, so many different things, & new hand crafted item as well, great sales up to 75% off as well. Will visit store again! This was our 1st trip here.”
“I went in to get a few things. Angela was helping me check out when I looked up and I see the Mom I was buying for walking in with some people I screamed as she can’t know what the baby is lol so Angela sprung into action stated to toss things in the bag I grabbed things shoved them up my shirt until the coast was clear. High unexpected anxiety but we had a great laugh at the end!!! Thank you for helping keep the secret and amazing customer service!! You rock Angela!!!!!! Xo”
“We had a really good experience with a staff today. We're confusing about a product and a sales associate who helped us to find out the perfect one. She suggested me another store because they have the product I want in stock.
Thankyou”
“Didn't even know this existed until walking through the mall; absolutely incredible store, huge inventory from puzzles, music, toys/Lego, a huge section for baby and new born stuff and even clothes! Absolutely incredible store for a family visit to guarantee find something everyone will like
Oh and there's a HUGE indoor playground set with slides and stuff?!”

“I needed to find a new place to get a haircut. I've been putting it off for over two years, which isn't normal for me. JCPenny's was having a weekend salon sale, and I decided to try them out. Em was my stylist. She listened to exactly what I asked for. I could tell she was skilled with her shears. It put my mind at ease. I'm very happy with my haircut, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
Thank you!”
