When to get information about a replacement phone, got zero information from the salesperson. He seemed to only be a babysitter of the building, did not seem to have any knowledge of the phones other than what he had in stock and what he didn't.

Trying to buy a new phone, all three locations have signs saying will return shortly at 5pm, supposed to be open until 7. Does anyone work here?
