Sam with the dark beard is very knowledgeable and helped me out getting my old iPhone 7 upgraded and all my info transferred over to the 15 pro max I got. My wife and I were able to go out to dinner while he got all my stuff setup for me and double checked it was all working and good to go before we left the store!
