They have plenty of scheduling availability and are always willing to work with schedules of busy families like ours. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, Appointments are quick (we have never had to wait in the lobby, and instead are taken straight to a room), and both the techs and vets spend whatever time is necessary to address all of the questions and concerns of pet owners. Highly recommend!
