“I am an elderly widow whose accounts got compromised via phone. When I realized that fraud was committed to my accounts I went directly to my bank , Huntington branch in Fowlerville. When I entered the lobby all the tellers were busy. About 2 minutes after I walked in I was asked if I could be helped . I was upset about my situation, but Mary greeted me with a smile and said we will help you through this. Mary proceeded to explained to me what had to be done, she was very informative and kind through this process. Mary turned out to be the branch manager who was assisting her tellers because they were busy. Mary is top notch customer service and is a fantastic example to her employees. I have also had transactions with her tellers and they to were great! I have done banking with many different financial institutions in the last 45 years, and have never received such superior service like this! Thank you, so much a very very happy customer.
