“I would give Frank a million stars if I could. He helped me get new tires on my Bronco and it was such a wonderful experience. He made sure I had the exact tires I needed for my driving habits and helped me set up an appointment to get them installed. My car was done in under in an hour. The service here is awesome. Thank you again Frank and your entire team of professionals. You are all awesome.”

“Howell is lucky to have Roy's. Roy and his team are top notch professionals who go the extra mile, pay attention to detail, and can think outside the box when necessary. I won't trust anybody else and there is no reason to after getting to know Roy and his team's capabilities. I live and work in the area and have mentioned Roy's to many people and the recent project they completed for me and I am astounded by the amount of people who know Roy and have trusted his shop and have glowing things to say about him and his business. That is what I call exceptional!”

“It all starts with the owner and Randy is a good honest person who spends a lot of time at his business. He has good guys working for him and he wouldn’t have it any other way. They are quick, their prices are fair and they do good work. They clean things up… no drips of oil after an oil change. It’s a no sales pressure place, I have been going there for years and I highly recommend them. Good people there!”

“My teenage son had an unexpected vehicle emergency that caused his truck to not move while in reverse. Grand Oaks got him in same day not only for a quote but to completely fix the issue (they even had to order a part). They didn't gouge us on the price and were helpful and pleasant to him. This was the first time we've used them but the positive experience encouraged me to call them when I needed brakes. We had another great encounter, fast, quality work and the cost was budget friendly too. Tom was informative, nice, and got the job done within hours for me. Highly recommend Grand Oaks!”

“I don't automatically default to five stars, but this shop deserves it! I went in for a small fuel leak, they spotted the issue, fixed it with a cheap/easy 'patch' and said the paperwork would take longer than the repair, 'don't worry, just come back when something big happens'. Wow -- customer service, interested in fostering a relationship instead of just making a buck and honest all at the same time? It's a pleasure doing business with you, and you better believe I'll be back. Thanks guys!”

“Stopped in to have oil checked. Justin was very helpful and said oil was clean and not due for an oil change yet. Thank you for your honesty. I will definitely go back when it’s ready for service.”

“I’m a new customer who picked up new tires and an alignment. The service was timely, complete (car feels and handles great now), and honest - they told me about a bent rim I already knew about without trying to sell me on anything. Costs a little more than other tire places, and they charge 3% on any card purchases, but it’s well worth it for supporting a local shop and receiving non-predatory assistance. Will be back if I need em!”
