“Words can’t explain how fantastic of an experience I had. My child, who is 4, just had her tonsils out and I was PANICKING trying to find a pharmacy to fill her pain medication. I wish I had caught either of these incredible ladies names but I didn’t ? On the phone she was so helpful, understanding and kind. I am a total space case having 4 kids and trying to care for my youngest who doesn’t understand the pain she’s in and genuinely even the phone calls made everything so easy. Then when they QUICKLY got her medication and within 2 minutes had it ready, right before close mind you, I packed up my poor baby and rushed over. I was met with the exact same energy I had over the phone, two incredibly sweet women and a man (possibly the owner or just a pharmacist not sure lol) with a beautiful mustache and just as wonderful personality. They quickly got me her meds and then to top it all off, my kiddo picked out a little stuffy and we went to pay for it, the other woman slapped down cash and said “take this amount off” and even just from that I teared up and when they saw that, the woman running the cash register said “ya know what then your good actually, get your card out of there” and gave the stuffy to her for free. So I’m like fully crying lol and then the woman who put cash on the counter gave her a sucker and sent us on our way. I have never met such kind, caring and incredible people. You ladies are amazing and I hope I expressed how thankful I was even though I’m sleep deprived and probably look like a crazy person. lol. I don’t want to ever go to another pharmacy. ????”

“I really like these guys and I'm glad I switch. Dealing with controlled prescriptions can be a pain with the way things are in the government. These folks have gotten to know my medical issues and work to get things filled for me within the legal guidelines, versus being scared or playing CYA like other pharmacies do. I highly recommend them.”

“What a great hometown pharmacy with a pharmacist on duty that can interact with customers and answer questions. My husband and I both went for aTdap vaccination and are so glad we did. It was a very calm environment and we were in and out within 15 minutes. The pharmacist and his tech were both very friendly and helpful. I had called ahead to make sure he had the vaccine available when we got there but no appointments were necessary. We will be getting all our vaccines here from now on. It is a nice pharmacy and the pharmacist gives a superb injection. Forget the big box stores and go to Village Drug Shop, you will be glad you did. They great parking too!”

“This weekend I had purchased a cake for a special event for my wife and granddaughter. Went to VG's Howell Mi. and explained to Brooks in the bakery department about what I would like. She did an amazing job with the decorations and flavor of the cake. No where in Michigan will you find a better tasting & decorated cake but before ordering please be sure to request it from Brooks. She is in our opinion the BEST in the cake business! J G”
