“Learn from me - don’t put your phone on the top of a laundry basket with the intention that you will remove said phone before throwing clothes into the washer. You will forget to remove said phone when the 1 yr old comes running by with a red paint brush your 4 yr old left unattended for 5 seconds and runs it down your white walls. It took me about 5min to realize what happened with my phone (it was now washing with the clothes) and by that point it was done for. So I brought in a new phone to the Frankenmuth store and Meagan worked her magic and managed to get my new phone working and synced without the use of the old one in about 10 min. I could not have managed it without her. (I know this because I tried for hours at home to get the new phone to work and failed miserably on my own.) She is super knowledgeable and deserves a raise for dealing with my phone fiasco!”

“I just want to say how happy I was with the team at this store. Ethan had his hands full with us old fokes that couldn’t remember our passwords and codes but he made it very easy for us and took time to get it all taken care of. The team is the best and I would recommend them to anyone. It’s well worth the trip to Frankenmuth!!!!”
