“The location is under new management and I just LOVE the new owners! Abe and Abdul stayed hours passed closing time to make sure I get my phones bec my bank kept declining my card for no reason. They were extremely patient. I was in desperate need of a phone and could not leave without one but my bank locked my card for no reason. After 2 long hours dealing with bank, we got it to go through. They had set everything up even though there was a possibility that I couldn’t pay them until the next morning when the bank opened. They assured me that no matter what happens with my bank I will leave there with the phone even if I had to come. A n to pay in the morning. This is the kind of owners I wish every city had. I could tell he been doing this and caring for the community means a lot to them. I’ll make sure to spread the word and recommend anyone I know looking for a phone. They got great deals on iPhones and galaxies too! Make sure you go check them out and ask for Abe or Abdul!”

“Caitlin provided great and friendly service and even stayed past her shift to help me set up my new phone. She educated me on the security features AT&T offer and signed me up for necessary ones, and offered the services I needed to set up my new phone! Which I am absolutely loving. “Jonathan has been great working with my aunt helping us with some challenging account changes after my uncle passed. He has worked with us multiple times between making changes and then helping her bundle services to save money. He was even patient when she was hangry and cranky. My phone broke yesterday and i was freaking out, i walked into the store around 5 last night and was very frusterated and explained the situation to Mark the sales rep that was working at the time. “I went to metro on Genesee Street in Saginaw the woman running the place was great very helpful and very friendly.We went to the metro dealer on Bay road and they were very rude and nasty told us we should leave because we weren't going to buy a phone anyway he wanted to sell us a phone that we did not want and told him we didn't want it.Would not recommend going to the metro PC dealer on Bay road.”
