“I went to rent my first storage unit to assist with a move. Some wires must have gotten crossed on the interwebs because my reservation wasn't available upon arrival. I explained my deadline situation with the manager, Jessica. She was incredibly helpful. Within 10 minutes she had me hooked up with the storage space I needed. She was patient with my stress and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location!”

“Moved my parents out of their apartment and into a house. They were very professional, helpful and friendly. We liked them so much we're hiring them for our move now.We requested the same guys for our moved and maybe that was a mistake. The guy who was apparently "the leader" seemed to have an attitude and while arranging items in the truck broke quite a few things then blamed me for the way I packed them. The boxes and totes were clearly labelled as Fragile! Maybe he was just having a bad day but I'd rethink hiring them again. I wish I could remember the guy's name who did all the heavy lifting and moving items because he was awesome and a total work horse on both jobs, he deserves 5+ stars!”
