“With my job I frequent a lot of hardware stores across west Michigan. Maybe I’m a tad partial with this being my hometown hardware, but it’s my favorite around. They may not be the biggest, or have the fanciest setup, but chances are they got what ya need. The workers here have always been very friendly and knowledgeable about where and what they have on their shelves. I don’t mind spending a little extra money at a local spot, but honestly most of the time their prices are right in line with the big box stores.”
“Was able to get the part I needed within a cpl business days. You can usually tell how a business runs on how they treat their customers. During my visit I witnessed such positive engagement with one of their eldery customers. I will be returning for future needs.”
