“Purchased a new dishwasher and I had some issues with different hookups. It is so depressing when they change crap on appliances and then hardware run. I took a picture and brought in a piece of my water pipe. The owner was there and I had to do nothing, she located everything I needed so fast! I felt bad, thought I should tip. The project was a quick success. My only hardware store from now on.”
“Was able to get the part I needed within a cpl business days. You can usually tell how a business runs on how they treat their customers. During my visit I witnessed such positive engagement with one of their eldery customers. I will be returning for future needs.”
“Phil their gun guy really went the distance sorting out my mess. You don't expect to see much of that nowadays! This place is professional, polite and affordable. What more do you want?”
“Hesperia Hardware is a great local store to have in town. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and actually helps you find the right solution for your project. Good selection for home, yard, and repair needs. Saves a trip out of town and always feels welcoming when you walk in. Great small town service.”
“Something difficult to find in some chain stores is knowledgeable staff, but not at Cronk's. And friendly, in a store that has almost anything one needs for home repair”
“Best hardware store ever.
I am highly retired and they assist me right away. No search and find.
Thanks Brice and your team mates

“If you are looking to buy something like this I HIGHLY recommend buying local at ACE HARDWARE IN FREMONT. The manufacturers set the price for this kind of stuff so it’s pretty much the same everywhere BUT if you have a little hiccup and have to call Lowe’s or Home Depot it’s pretty safe to say you will get passed around from service desk to management and get nowhere. The customer service from Ace was amazing. We had a small issue and the guy that assembled it and delivered it (ALL FOR FREE) came out and helped us figure it out. You will NEVER get that from a big box store.”
