“Essings did excellent work on my 1997 Land Cruiser! The front end was damaged in a crash on Henry St, and now looks better than before it happened. Will be returning for further paint work in the future. Steve also provides great customer service. Highly recommended!”

“Won’t they do it. Just got my brakes done, very timely manner. And she’s driving like a dream. If y’all see a black Nissan don’t be driving up on it too close cause I’m brake checkin anybody with these new pads and rotors. She’s stoppin like she ain’t never stopped before. I could not recommend this place enough. I’m tellin everybody that will listen to how great this place is. And of course the workers there are so friendly and nice, sorry I didn’t catch anybody’s names, I was too excited to get old girl back on the road.”
“I took my car to Rademaker Auto Repair about a week ago. My car was hit in a parking lot when I was shopping. Minor damage. I decided to get three bids though I intended to pay for the repair myself. Rademaker’s is old school. The office is decorated with dusty model cars and the shop appears quite old. And it likely is. And I don’t care. It’s the sort of place I frequently visited when I was much younger. I received an estimate for the repair which was lower than my other two estimates. Their estimate for doing the work was three days. They had a.cancelation and I took it. My car was finished in three days as I was told. The work is very satisfactory. Though I’m not anxious to incur future damage to my car, if I do I plan to have Rademaker give me an estimate.”

“I took my car in to get fixed after an accident they got it done promptly fast and accurately and I if I have any further issues this would where I would bring my vehicle I would give you 10 but there's no option”
“Helpful teller efficiently walk me through the insurance claim while my windshield was replaced, so no talking over the ohone and no time wasted. The waiting room was pleasant with complementary sweets and history channel television. Work took just a few minutes over an hour, rather fast. Teller helped with everything and made everything fast and efficient including answering stupid questions quickly and with courteousy. They even told me precautiously to avoid removing some tape and car washes for two days.”
“Want an honest, faith-based, auto body shop you can trust, who will fix your car for as cheap as they possibly can? Look no further. After my wife got in a wreck and knocked off the front bumper of my car, a family member told me to check out Lee's. I went in, and initially was quoted a number to fix everything that I agreed upon. Turns out, Lee's figured out a way to fix it using some of my salvageable front grill and bumper parts, and when I went to pick up the car, the cost was $500 less than what I had initially been quoted. Do you know how easily they could have just charged me what I agreed to pay? What integrity that displays? What $500 back in my pocket means to a dad with young kids in Muskegon County? “Scheduled for a windshield replacement and will see how it goes. So far, the best priced here so I am happy about that. No hidden fees and they will come to my residence which is a plus. Friendly staff as well. So today is 12/1/2021 and I am updating my review. I wanted to wait until I actually used the service before I posted. I wished that I could give 100000 ? for this company. Bill was my tech. Man, best service hands down and I HIGHLY recommend using this company. Had to reschedule a few times due to unforseen situations but the service and tech were great! “Throttle cable on my Harley broke and thank God right in front of this shop. Larry was incredibly generous and let me borrow a couple tools to expose the broken cable and offered me vice grips to work the cable so I could get the bike home. Larry saved me a ton of time and money for a tow. I couldn’t be more appreciative of his generosity.”

“I never got around to it because life got in the way. I struck a deer last October. And when Gerber said it would be after January before my car would get fixed, Gary got me in ASAP, had a loaner for me to use and fixed my little red fusion right up. He did great work! He helped me walk through this process as I have never made a claim since I was in high school which my father helped me with that. And overall…. Couldn’t be happier.
