“Andrea from the battle creek store was awesome, very patient, friendly, outgoing, and very knowledgeable! She went out of her to help me get the right boot for me. She handled two returns from me and ordered the correct boots for me with a smile. She deserves employee of the month . She needs to be recognized for her outstanding service!! Thanks Andrea”

“I buy all my boots and hats from here. Staff is great and very polite. If they don’t have something they will order it for you. Every year I have my favorite ariat hat cleaned and reshaped!!”
