“I purchased a pair of hard-to-find shoes from V&A Bootery for a Christmas present. Since we live in Texas, I had no prior experience with the store. Must admit -- I was a little nervous to order online from a store I'd never heard of. However, I called and spoke with someone, checked their reviews, and was comfortable trying. I was so very pleased with their service. Sadly, the shoes didn't work so I had to return them. When I called to explain, they were very understanding and made the entire process so easy. Don't hesitate to get your footwear at V&A Bootery -- they are just awesome! :)”
“I love jeans that last. Every pair I have bought from here have lasted forever. Today went in for my daughter Ella helped us from the get go. My kid who is not a Jean fan walked out with one pair she really liked and looking at ordering a second pair online because they did not have it in store. She offered to order for us but we said we would hold off for now.

“Wow! I can’t say enough great things about the customer service in this store! You can tell it must be managed very well, but the true star is Kylie. She showed upstanding customer service two separate visits and even remembered my shoe size! She was so kind and convinced me to buy a second pair of shoes. “I’m a frequent shopper because their prices are so amazing. During my shopping trip today I noticed they have new staff and manager (Mel) who all definitely are a refreshing change from the old rude unhelpful staff and management. The store used to be a hit or miss dusty bargain basement but they have redone the whole store and now it’s a trendy low priced shoe store that I can’t wait to shop at again very soon.”
