“Moved to Redford a couple of years ago and while I knew where my local “Ace Hardware” was located, and it was convenient to home, the incompetencies of everyone at that store drove me nuts.
Luckily I found Township True Value and after only 1 visit it is clear that everyone is experienced and helpful!!!

“We recently completed an entire house renovation. We purchased all of our paint for the entire project at Benjamin Moore - RepcoLite Paints on Stark in Livonia. The team there is amazing. They are very knowledgeable. Carly, especially always provides exceptional service! She most recently helped us with a finish for a tulip cast aluminum dining table. The manufacturer gave us a paint formula to touch up the table top. Unfortunately it was not a formula RepcoLite could reproduce. Carly went above and beyond and referred us to a local company that she knew would be able to refinish the tabletop. The results 100% perfect! I highly recommend Carly and the entire team at this location.”

“What a great store. I had to patch a couple of holes in our downstairs basement and took in a small sample to match the paint. They matched it perfectly and it’s very likely that the paint that we were trying to match is four or five years old. Super friendly staff, I know where we’re going for no one for anything paint related!”
“I visited this Sherwin Williams location on August 1 after having a frustrating issue with paint color that had been mixed incorrectly at another location. Even though this store had absolutely nothing to do with the original mistake, Shawn stepped in and took care of the issue.
What stood out most was his customer service. He actually listened to me, acknowledged my frustration, and made me feel like my concerns mattered. After the experience at the other location, I had honestly sworn off Sherwin Williams altogether. Shawn completely changed that.
He was professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Because of the way he handled the situation, I will gladly go out of my way to shop at this location in the future.

“These folks are great! My wife and I have been going in and out multiple time asking for help, getting samples, and asking all kinds of questions. They are patient and kind! Matthias and the woman with him, whose name I can't remember, are fantastic. I keep asking to look up colors and they never tire of helping. So much better than big box stores! And the assistant manager is also great--again can't remember name--but he's very personable, and top notch!”

“Ilco, thanks for your help. I've been fighting with the paint colors for my weird bathroom for weeks and its finally over. He scanned my tile to color match it which he assured me wasn't always 100% reliable but it was a gamble I was was willing to take. It came out gorgeous. We dropped a little dab of the paint onto the tile I brought in and once it dried, it was nearly indistinguishable from the tile.
