I am always impressed by how clean the store is and the prices are very competitive.always see cashier/greeters with a smile when I enter the store. My puppy is always welcome and she gets treated to treats.This store carries products I can't find elsewhere.”

“All in all a decent enough store. They. Chose to close the branch in Petoskey which was my normal stop. Since then I've had to go elsewhere for most of my needs and when I do stop by the Gaylord store there usually is some kind of issue that costs me time. Starting with pulling in to the parking area where some self important person parks in a no parking area with a little vw and you can't navigate your truck into the parking space without going back and forth to avoid it. Their choice of software has ALWAYS been an issue that causes me delays and it seems that they never learn.”
