“All in all a decent enough store. They. Chose to close the branch in Petoskey which was my normal stop. Since then I've had to go elsewhere for most of my needs and when I do stop by the Gaylord store there usually is some kind of issue that costs me time. Starting with pulling in to the parking area where some self important person parks in a no parking area with a little vw and you can't navigate your truck into the parking space without going back and forth to avoid it. Their choice of software has ALWAYS been an issue that causes me delays and it seems that they never learn.”
“I generally prefer Lowe's but staff this year seems less knowledgeable. They mirror Home Depot in that they don't know their stock a must refer to the phone app. I don't need help to do that.”

“What fantastic customers service on my recent husquavarna lawn mower repair. Brought it in on Monday, they called the next day, Tuesday, with the solution to my front and rear wheel drive problems. Bob Called back the next Monday that it was ready to go. One week from drop off to finished repair. Everyone else I contacted gave me a minimum of three weeks to tthree months before they could even look at it. And an incredible large local lumber and hardware store.”
