“The staff was so friendly and helpful. I've been looking for straight jeans and a slim bootcut..and they helped find them. I was so happy to actually find both of them and they fit so good..will be getting more. Lot of very good sales.”

“It's one of our last Sundays in the great north of Michigan. The minute it started raining, Mrs. E. decided it was a shopping day. We had no idea the Sephora was in Kohls. We're used to it in JCP's. So it stands to reason atm your numbed narrator is dragged by his leash through the kohls to the new Sephora. I have to admit this place is well organized and has quite a selection. If information is the game this is where you should play. The manager is Bobbie and she is a great spokesperson for the product. Very knowledgeable on each option. After talking to her, I'm convinced we made the right decision on The gifts we bought for our nieces! 09/23”

“Delightful experience today at your store!!! Was helped by a very nice young lady named Leila. She helped me to find what I was looking for, and did it with a smile and a sense of humor, she had me laughing!! Thanks again Leila and thanks Kohl!!”

“I love denim capris with embroidered cuffs.... so I saw some in the window and went in. I am a business owner in a neighboring town, so I'm fully aware of seasonal tourism... it's how our business stays afloat. I walked through, and yes, the prices are high, about $150 for a pair of jeans. I could see women in their 20's - 40's wearing these cute frayed edge styles, but many of the tops did seem geared for a more mature generation. Home decor from Mud Pie and Kathy's Primitives. Good brands, again not cheap, I sell Mud Pie, so I know. Beautiful displays. Thought went into every detail. However, I said hello to the person behind the counter, and got no response. I made a round and did it again because I was surprised that at the start of the tourism season a store owner/employee would already be grumpy... most wait until Labor Day weekend to get grouchy. Not a peep. So I finished looking and the customers started talking to me... so nice. As I walked out I said thank you so much, have a good day, and didn't get a response from the employee. I'm sure we will go back and I'll try again, but maybe a word of advice to work on your welcoming demeanor and graciousness. May your business be blessed this season. ?”
