I showed the broken piece to the gentleman and he immediately knew what I needed, had it in stock, and gave me extremely easy/helpful/accurate directions on how to install it. When I got home, I installed it in less than 5 minutes. The prices are really good also. I will definitely be back for other home projects I need done!”

I called them and within a half hour they were replacing my sump pump! Mark did the work and was as nice as he could be! I am so impressed with the customer service and I thought the price was reasonable!! I highly recommend Johnny’s Hardware and applaud them for their honest work ethic!!!”

“This is an old-time, old-school Five & Dime with outstanding customer service and selection! Needed a specific spoke for a bicycle repair, he had the tool to measure the one I had, had it, knew where it was and I was out the door. Lots of cool stuff to see in here, and lots of stuff you might need. Give him your business!”

“I had a really great experience at this Home Depot. Rex was incredibly helpful and patient. I was looking for a gift and wasn’t sure what to choose, but he took the time to walk me through several options and explain everything clearly. He was very kind and made the whole process much easier. It’s rare to find customer service like that, and I truly appreciated his help. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location knowing I’ll be well taken care of. Heather at the register was also very friendly and made checkout quick and pleasant. Overall, a wonderful experience.”

“Our goal was to find a new hanging light for our kitchen and ceiling fan for a bedroom. Tyson Grindstaff was extremely helpful. He was not pushy and did not hover. He truly went above and beyond for us. What initially started out as a trip for 2 fixtures grew to 7 and us becoming return customers. The quantity of instore selection was superior. He offered to show additional catalog items which furthered the sale. Forget the big box stores and shop Win's.”

“I stopped in to get some keys cut. The key was from and old car and was worn down quite a bit making it difficult to cut. The gentleman who helped me was so patient and took special care to cut it even though the effort probably wasn't worth the very little they charge for keys. I appreciated the time he put into it. This is what makes small-town hardware stores special.”
