I called them and within a half hour they were replacing my sump pump! Mark did the work and was as nice as he could be! I was looking for a gift and wasn’t sure what to choose, but he took the time to walk me through several options and explain everything clearly. “I stopped in to get some keys cut. The key was from and old car and was worn down quite a bit making it difficult to cut. The gentleman who helped me was so patient and took special care to cut it even though the effort probably wasn't worth the very little they charge for keys. I appreciated the time he put into it. This is what makes small-town hardware stores special.”

I showed the broken piece to the gentleman and he immediately knew what I needed, had it in stock, and gave me extremely easy/helpful/accurate directions on how to install it. When I got home, I installed it in less than 5 minutes. The prices are really good also. I will definitely be back for other home projects I need done!”
