“Stopped in after the 2/22 Nine Inch Nails concert looking for Dynavap Products. The owner is super awesome and knowledgeable and just a really fun guy to talk to in general. Highly recommend stopping by his store and supporting. I walked away with the sick Voorhees X Gateway wizard Stamp. That slinger stamp is so sick dude. I’ve now found a new grail.”
“Good people, don't be fooled by the looks of those coming in and out of the store. If you're not a smoker, not the place for you. However, they do have some nice apparel to represent the West Side of GR called 616 West. I've purchased a few things from there, and I love it. Very comfortable clothing. Nice art work on the walls as well.”
“Shout out to the staff and the manager there Cody! Made my day after a very rough start. They are very informative and helpful to all of your questions and take their time to look for a good deal that suits your need. Highly recommended!”
“Quinn& Laura were great to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable on product available. Shopping experience was awesome. I will return and recommend this store to my friends.”
“Honestly 10/10 would recommend stopping here again. During the 4th of July weekend I traveled through Michigan needing to make a quick stop. Overall was very happy with the customer service from Caleb. He was super friendly and helped me find everything I needed efficiently.”
“The customer service is undeniable. Every single time I have been here I am greeted and asked if there is anything I can be helped with. I cannot think of any place I have had a better experience. I might only go here once a week but I go out of my way to go to this location. Every other location and business in the area could learn from them.”

“Great store and great discounts, they have a shop dog that’s so cute and they have the coils I need when most stores don’t even know what coil I need anymore. Juice prices are cheaper than most stores I’ve been to so I will definitely be here”
“Go see Gaige! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. He helped me find exactly what I needed which was some thing I didn’t even know I wanted. :) True customer service!”
“Overall decent place to get/find whatever your smoking needs require. Owner friendly/helpful but have had issues with other employees not being so helpful and little short with me a couple times, still good place to make a stop for almost whatever smoking device you need.”
“Neat and clean store with good employees. Like most vape shops and manufacturers, I would appreciate it more if they were able to carry more/varied supply for older adults and ex-smokers.”
“Great spot! They have a wide variety of drinks, snacks, basic supplies and are always adding new stuff and updating the store. The guys who work there are always so kind and helpful. Satine especially is my favorite person, he always makes my day when I see him!”
“absolutely love these guy!. I've never had a bad experience here. everyone is always really friendly and helpful when we go in there. it's quite literally the only liquor store I go to.”
“Got a cool Bong there, gorgeous shop lovely staff, .massive selection of amazing glassware and papers etc, even the pipe cleaners with bristles on them . Those bristles are a lifesaver for us”

“Great employee service, very quick. Just because they don’t have a product you want doesn’t mean they aren’t helpful. Good prices especially on Tuesdays with their deals”
