“We were in the market for a car for my sister with a $20k budget, and boy is that world filled with sharks, sleezy characters, and incredible levels of frustration. We went out to Wayland, excited about a car, only to realize the dealership was trying to pass off a smoker car, with $499 of “ceramic” coating and $1,000 for a “LoJack” tacked on top of the price. Then we tried another dealer in Jenison, where the car was incredibly dirty and they implied we could just wash it, and the brakes were warped but they tried to blame it on “rain the previous night” until their own mechanic admitted it was actually warped rotors.
By that point we were pretty disheveled, but we saw a listing for Wicked Autos and decided to muster up the energy to get disappointed one more time. What we found was a breath of fresh air. The cars were meticulously maintained, super clean, already had ceramic coating, and every one had a great maintenance history.
Kenny himself was incredibly nice, let us try a bunch of vehicles, and we ended up with a car that made my sister genuinely giddy with joy. Watching someone you love get teared up over a car is a pretty incredible feeling. I feel really lucky we stumbled onto Kenny. I couldn’t recommend him more.”
“Mike is one of the most genuine, kind, and generous people I have had the privilege to meet in life. I was recently in an accident and found out that my full coverage is not really full coverage. I had limited liability full coverage which means if your at fault, insurance covers nothing. I also have GAP and am attempting to file a claim but needed a significant amount of information tied to my purchase. The contract he laid out was very clear and minimal fees compared to main stream dealerships. I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot from him and so far am very happy with it.
The Carfax he provided didn't show a timing belt replacement and he was happy to work with me on getting a certain routine maintenance repair done at no cost to me which I appreciated very much!
There was a minor miscommunication with my trade in with the original offer because he didn't test drive it or hook the code scanner up, so when we came in to seal the deal we got a little less than expected for the trade in, but I still feel he was fairly reasonable on the trade in value considering problems with it I wasn't aware of. I would hands down work with Will again in the future.”
