There was a minor miscommunication with my trade in with the original offer because he didn't test drive it or hook the code scanner up, so when we came in to seal the deal we got a little less than expected for the trade in, but I still feel he was fairly reasonable on the trade in value considering problems with it I wasn't aware of. “I normally visit the Hudsonville location and didn't realize this one was here. I needed to get an oil change and this location was closer to other things I had to do today, so I made an appointment online. Everything went well and the oil change was less expensive than the ones I get at Valvoline. They also do the multi-point inspection, and free tire rotation, which the other place wouldn't do. The girl who helped me was friendly and helpful with questions I had that were unrelated to my oil change. This will be my go-to place for oil changes now.”
