“Everything was smooth the price was right. They have the best vehicles in town. My ac compressor went out 2 weeks after the warranty window but they still replaced it like it was still under warranty. They gave me a loner car and made sure everything went smooth. Best car dealership experience I've ever had.”
“Mike is one of the most genuine, kind, and generous people I have had the privilege to meet in life. I was recently in an accident and found out that my full coverage is not really full coverage. I had limited liability full coverage which means if your at fault, insurance covers nothing. I also have GAP and am attempting to file a claim but needed a significant amount of information tied to my purchase. I bought my vehicle from Mike at MWS over two years ago but I walked in the door and Mike immediately treated me like a family member he had not seen in awhile. Arman was awesome! He was very attentive and not pushy. He listened to my expectations and was patient. The car was beautiful inside and out.
I still went to see and drive the other car after I left Harvey’s. The other salesman mentioned the car I was coming to see had not been detailed or cleaned at all. The other salesman knew the day before that I was traveling to see the car and didn’t even bother to run it through a car wash. First impressions and customer service will always take precedence with me.
So , I ran out of there and back to Harvey’s. I purchased a 2017 Jaguar and I love it! The dealership was really clean and the service customer service was excellent.”

“It's been almost a month since I have bought this car from Niewiek Auto Sales, and I have been VERY satisfied with car and working with Joe! This 2025 Outback is a rebuilt title and was in the mid $20k range and well worth it! It drives like and looks new even after being totaled by a deer. No strange rattles or alignment issues, everything works as it should. I found Joe to be very upfront and honest. He tells it like it is and with no pressure. I had one minor fuse issue after a couple of days, they fixed it and Joe said to keep an eye on it and if it happens again, they want to find out and fix what's causing it. It wasn't slap a bandaid on the problem and don't come back. BTW, the issue hasn't come back. That's what I was looking for in a dealer when buying a rebuilt car. They guarantee the work they do on the cars for a year. I've already recommended Niewiek to friends, specially if you are looking for a used Subaru!”

You already got them at the airport gate, baggage claim and you are most likely going to be around vending machines a lot more in your drives. That is really the only observation.
