“Billing is spotty - sometimes I get a hard copy- sometimes an email. I am old school and usually pay from a paper bill sent. If my payment is slow it is because I did not receive a paper bill. Thanks.”

“Stanford Propane Gas looks like a small office just down the road from Tractor Supply. We had to call a few times to find them because our GPS sent us in the opposite direction. When we found them, we found the gas stove we wanted in two seconds. It was delivered the next day. The guys were great, as was the sales lady that sold us the stove. Everyone there said they had the same gas stove.”

“On auto-fill, I received a fill-up when I was at 50% full, and was charged the per-delivery fee. I left feedback directly with Ferrellgas, expressing my dissatisfaction, and in less than two days, Linda sent me an email to say that she had waived the per-delivery fee and credited my account. Ferrellgas has been easy to work with.”
