“In January we were looking to cut the cable, so to speak, and eliminate our costly satellite TV service with a rooftop OTA antenna. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy; only 2 days from call to installation. The installer recommended a Winegard Elite 7550 antenna. Installation was neat and clean - he was able to connect to the existing coax for our pay satellite service which minimized mess and disruption, and gave us antenna connection to both of our TV sets. The antenna works great - over 70 OTA channels - including all the networks I wanted like H&I, MeTV, and Comet. I don't miss Satellite at all, and have already saved hundreds of dollars since install. Only disadvantage - they don't carry any type of OTA DVR - I since purchased a Channel Master OTA DVR which works great.”

“I had to unfortunately drive to this location three separate times in the span of the two days after being told they would be able to fix my problem, my last experience was the reason for this five star review though. Robert was immediately helpful and extremely friendly when I explained the situation, while other employees at this location were quick to brush me off with the usually “it is what is it” attitude, Robert tried to come up with different solutions to try and better fix my problem. When he was unsure what to do next he grabbed his manager who was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Though we couldn’t get to the bottom of my situation the experience was still great because of their willingness to help me and above and beyond attitudes.
P.s Robert is also incredibly hilarious which helped brighten my day”

She guided me from start to finish with upgrading my iPhone and switching services, and she even listened to me ramble on and on throughout the whole process.
