"Don't buy new tire from the Sam's club. Every time I buy all 4 new tire from them with 55k or 60k or 70k mileage warranty. When I go to replace the tire due to worn out (normal wear and tear) as per the dealer's suggestion they will bring excuse or raise issues not to prorate the tire. They will raise issue/issues like tire worn out due to your car need alignment, mechanical fault, etc, etc. I always do car service with my car dealer (from where I bought the car), strictly do regular car maintenance - dealer says no issues with your car even they provide written copy certified that no issues (alignment, mechanical or whatsoever) but Sam's club personnel including store manager were adamant (manager did actually very rude behavior) not to prorate the tire. They tried to force me to buy the new tire again without prorate. This time I told, doing this, Sam's club is cheating with customer. I told them I'm done with your cheating business - I will buy new tire not with Sam's club anymore but with other vendors who actually care customer and respect tire warrantee. Bye bye Sam's club - stop cheating with customer - be honest and respectful."
