Bought one of their large fresh pot pies for dinner tonight; had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting a non-merging vehicle on the way home; Sam's Club graciously allowed me to exchange my mangled dinner for a new one. I called ahead of time to explain what happened and even though it was no fault of their own and didn't happen while still on their property, they still came through for me. Thank you so very much!”

“I saw the dollar general on the corner of Fenton and atherton rd and I needed some laundry soap so I stopped in. It was so messy. It looked like bomb went off and this was about 10:30 in the morning. The cashier was nice and the price was really good. I wasn’t expecting it to be that low. Other than very messy, it’s still a good buy. I would go back again.”

Today is birthday party for the person she was buying the card for. we ordered our cake from your store also. My dad was going to come pick up the cake for my mom.. I called ahead and spoke with employee by the name of NICOLE (not sure of spelling) She went and grabbed a Lowes gift card and went over to bakery and put it on top of cake so my dad just had to pay for cake and Lowes gc at one time. She went beyond the call of her normal duties She did not hesitate to help and was so very kind and pleasant. Thank you Nicole .. “Shout out to Trent! I hardly ever receive this type of customer service but I did at this Walmart. I was Looking for a fly swatter. Trent stopped what he was doing and gladly walked me to where it might have been. We couldn't find it but he was determined to find me one. He told me it was at the other end of Walmart and as we were walking there he beat me to it and found me and gave me a few to pick one. Now that's excellent customer service. All employees at any store should take classes from Trent!! Thank you for a great employee!!!!”

“As far as the self checkout goes, I've always had a great experience there. Gina is usually the clerk working when I go in on the weekends and she's super helpful and friendly. She even knows the usual things I buy and brought to my attention that I didn't have that item in my cart! Good customer service is rare these days but Gina goes above and beyond. Good job Gina! The world needs more people like you!”

“I always chip at Aldi compared to Sam’s and Walmart. I believe they have a better quality very competitive prices for small, large family. I found it very convenient.Fruit and vegetables always fresh. Discounted prices on meat and cheese.They have a self check out service now which makes my life much easier.”
