“I use Walmarts for the majority of my pharmacy needs for medications. They are quick & very efficient getting orders ready plus they stay on top of your medical needs like flu, Covid 19, Hepatitis A & RSV shots. They also make sure you can get your medications if you are out and the contact your doctor to refill that specific script. The pharmacist also have cross checked medications that may possibly cause a reaction that could cause a problem if taken together.”

“Shout out to Trent! I hardly ever receive this type of customer service but I did at this Walmart. I was Looking for a fly swatter. Trent stopped what he was doing and gladly walked me to where it might have been. We couldn't find it but he was determined to find me one. He told me it was at the other end of Walmart and as we were walking there he beat me to it and found me and gave me a few to pick one. Now that's excellent customer service. All employees at any store should take classes from Trent!! Thank you for a great employee!!!!”

“Clean, well maintained store with friendly and helpful employees. Joseph, in the garden department, was very courteous and helpful. We discussed selecting healthy plants for the home. Selection of houseplants and cactus and succulents was good and they were well maintained. Store location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking.”

“I wanted to take a moment to leave a review because I was genuinely impressed with the pharmacy staff at this Kroger.

There was a mix-up with one of my prescriptions. My doctor initially prescribed a 30-day supply when it should have been 90 days, and a 90-day prescription was sent afterward. Unfortunately, the pharmacy had already filled the 30-day prescription. When I came in to pick up my other medications, which had correctly been filled for 90 days, one of the pharmacy staff members noticed the discrepancy.

What really stood out to me was that he didn’t just point it out and send me on my way. He offered to take care of it right then and sync the prescription up for me so I wouldn’t have to make another trip or deal with the hassle later. He told me it would take about 5–10 minutes and went above and beyond to take care of something that could have easily become a frustrating inconvenience.

The pharmacist who helped me at checkout was also incredibly polite. She asked if I had any questions, offered to use the credit card I have on file, and apologized for the wait. I wasn’t in a hurry, but I really appreciated that she showed that she cared about my time and wanted to make sure I was taken care of.

I’ve been taking these prescriptions for years, and I only moved to Michigan last year. Kroger was actually the first pharmacy I tried after moving here, and there weren’t any Kroger locations where I lived previously. I’m really glad I chose this location.

Everyone I’ve spoken with at this pharmacy, both in person and over the phone, has generally been pleasant and thorough. One staff member is quieter and not quite as personable as the others, but he still does his job well. The staff members I interacted with during this experience were especially helpful and made me feel comfortable.

It’s the little things like noticing a problem, taking the initiative to fix it, and showing that you value a customer’s time that make a big difference. I’ll definitely continue coming back to this Kroger for my prescriptions and everyday essentials.

“Joey Bailey was such an awesome worker. The way he bagged the pickles and licked his lips at me was so wholesome. It made my day; then the way he fidgeted with his hair and blew kisses at me made me even happier. This makes me want to come back because I love Kroger now. I was looking for a certain seasoning, and he helped me find it for almost 10 minutes. He handed it to me with certainty and made sure I had a good day. He helped me carry groceries out to my car, and then we shook hands and the way his fingers touched mine was awesome :)”
