“Maurice and the manager collaborated with the Brighton store manager to get me the same boots I buy every year since 1999, model 10877 , Red Wing.
The Flint store didn't have my size so they went above and beyond to help me to make sure I got the right boots. The got me the only pair of my boots available within 500 miles.
Red Wing not only makes footwear with premium and superior materials and handmade craftsmanship but also premium customer service.

“MY WIFE & I were in the Fenton, MI area on the 4th of July, & were amazed to find that the Skechers Warehouse Outlet was open! I do a lot of walking at work, pulling orders, and was in the market for great walking shoes. Unfortunately, I didn't get Her name, but the Customer Service Representative that assisted US was Very knowledgeable, professional, & informative! Additionally, they had a Buy 1, get 50% off the 2nd pair going on, which WE wisely took advantage of!”

“Both the Flint and Grand Blanc locations are easy to find and great to visit. The store in Flint is larger and sometimes has more inventory. The staff is a great group of people who are passionate about running and will go out of their way to help you find what you need.
