“Needed to replace 2 front tires. Ordered them online in the morning, they called and made sure to get the right ones from a nearby store. Got called when they arrived and had them on and installed within 20 to 30 minutes of arriving. The customer service was lovely and the store and shop were so clean and pleasant. Will definitely be returning.”

“Great experience at Discount Tire. I stopped in right at 8 AM with a nail in my tire and an employee greeted me at my truck immediately, found the issue, and got me taken care of quickly. With 60,000 miles on my tires, I expected I might be told I needed new ones, but they didn’t pressure me and simply fixed the tire without making the process difficult. Friendly service, honest people, and no charge. I’ll definitely be back.”

“I cannot thank Aaron enough for what he did for me. He's an absolute amazing person and he deserves the recognition. When I say nobody has done anything this nice for me I mean it. 10/10 he's an exceptional person. I will definitely be back to this location to get more tires this is probably the best tire shop around Genesee county. The workers are very helpful and always go the extra mile for you without you even asking. Great service I was in and out in a decent amount of time. This discount location is the best one around Genesee county in my experience. I can't speak for other locations because I've only had tires out on at this location. Definitely recommend this location. Service is excellent.”
