“I had a really good experience using this rental car service for a vacation to visit my the west coast of Michigan. Jay and Drake were really helpful in facilitating my rental and making sure I got a nice clean luxury vehicle to impress my family. Would recommend to others”

“Cannot say enough wonderful things about Tabitha!! After a crazy day of bad luck and delays, I was at the end of my rope, but Tabitha was kind, generous and patient. She got me in a car and on my way fast and efficiently, turning my whole bad day around in a snap. Thank you, Tabitha for being so very good at your job! 10/10 (wish I could say the same about everyone else I encountered that day.)”

“What a great staff to work with in not only picking up the car but getting extensions so we could purchase our new to us car. We had made reservations online and the process was so easy. The dealership we were buying a car from brought the car to get reconditioned and inspected on the day we went to look at it. We had to extend our rental a few times so we could buy the car. My paperwork said Tabitha. She was very friendly, outgoing, and helpful in getting the extensions. I will definitely use this rental company in the future.”

“Got a great little car with outstanding gas mileage, super-clean, a pleasure to drive. Pick-up and drop-off, quick and easy, plus was given rides, to, and from where my car was; great service, the Grand Haven location was the best I've ever dealt with”
